DONT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM

this so called ANIMAL clinic should be shut down, the last thing they care about is your pet the only thing they are interested in is how much you are willing to spend they diagnoses your pet with things they DO NOT HAVE and ALWAYS recommend very pricey treatments and try to make you feel like a bad owner if you dont agree with them they will harass you with phone calls to schedule appointments and talk to you like you are an IDIOT the office staff is over the top rude they ignore you and are clearly aggrivated by any questions you might dare to ask them and when the VET is with your pet he spends as little time as he can in contact with the animal he has the vet techs do everything while the whole time he is telling you just how many life threatening things are wrong with your pet they are unethical unproffesional and overall dangerous to your pet your pocketbook and your COMMON SENSE

Pros: NONE

Cons: RUDE STAFF, UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES FOR MONEY, INTIMIDATION

Excellent service and friendly staff

Dr. Borash is one of the best vets we've ever encountered. He went out of his way to save our 11 year old Cocker Spaniel who suffers from Diabetes and Cushings disease. She is now living well and is once again healthy and happy. Dr. Borash has also performed surgery on our dog and was very thorough in advising what will happen and what we could expect. He uses state of the art laser surgery that ensures our pet did not feel the pain as compared to normal surgery. His staff has always been warm, experienced, and loving to our dog, cat and birds. We travel 1 hour each way to see Dr. Borash, and his expertise is well worth the trip.

Pros: Best vet for your animals

Borash Bad for animals
Reviewed by LovesDogs on 2009-06-27T12:17:27Z

Relocated recently & looked into multiple vets for my dog and WRONGLY chose Borash. He overcharges; spreads out shots so you have to pay an office visit fee each time; doesn't return calls (although this may be due to his RUDE STAFF who can't seem to keep track of the messages left for the doctor); and POORLY interacts with dogs. During the most recent visit he purposely agitated my dog and continued by purposely escalating the situation. No one who cares about animals would ever do this. A caring, knowledgeable vet would soothe the animal. Like all other vets I've been to and heard of, sure his staff gave me a follow-up call after one of our visits. However Borash's staff called 3 times b/c nobody recorded a note in the chart that I'd already been called and spoken with. The doctor doesn't even remember (or at least glance at the chart to refresh his memory) any details of your pet. He asked me if my dog was neutered and continued by telling me he remembered neutering my pet when this was not true at all. I will NEVER return for veterinary services, nor board my dog there (which his own employee told me was not a good facility to board a dog), or board at Four Seasons Pet Resort, which Dr. Borash also owns. I should've paid more attention to people who had bad things to say about Borash after I told them I took my dog there. I am so sorry that my dog was subject to Borash's HARSH treatment.

Pros: None

Cons: Poor business & animal practices
